Biography
Guan Nannan is Associate Professor at Lanzhou University, where she did a PhD in ethnology/anthropology and an MA degree in historiography. Her current research projects dal with Chinese-language Sufism and Muslim gnostic poetry; the collection and digital preservation of Tibetan Folk Literature in Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan; history writing in 20th-century China.
